Job summary

Blue & Co., LLC is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Manager to lead planning, production, and delivery of multimedia content across video, photography, podcast, and webinars. This role blends hands-on production with strategy, project management, and process ownership, supporting 650+ employees across studios and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media, video production, digital production, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong multimedia production skills.
• Adobe Creative Cloud certification or drone pilot certification.
• Experience producing live virtual events or webinars, including presenter preparation and recording support.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, audiences, messages, deliverables, and production timelines.
• Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and distribution.
• Produce photography and capture b-roll to support marketing initiatives.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, backdrops, and other studio and on-location gear.
• Create motion graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards.
• Adapt content across channels, including short-form video, podcast clips, and webinars.
• Incorporate accessibility practices, including captions and transcripts.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership and internal stakeholders to translate ideas into content.
• Coordinate Studio Blue and Mobile Studio Blue equipment and logistics.
• Maintain organized media files and final assets with consistent naming, storage, and archiving.
• Guide presenters through the production process and provide constructive feedback.
• Recommend workflow improvements and evaluate content performance.
