ARCO/Murray seeks a creative Multimedia Producer to develop and produce photo and video content supporting marketing, sales, recruiting, internal comms, and client-facing initiatives. This hands-on role manages projects from concept to delivery, conducts interviews, shoots on site, and edits final assets for multiple channels.

You will plan productions, direct interviews, and ensure content aligns with brand standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Competenze

• Three or more years of professional experience in multimedia production, video production, photography, or related fields.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, video production, interviewing, editing, photography, and final work.
• Experience managing multimedia projects from concept through final delivery.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro and Photoshop; After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva are a plus.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio capture, editing, color, motion, graphics, and digital delivery.
• Travel to project sites, offices, and events as needed.

• Develop story concepts, briefs, interview questions, shot lists, and production plans.
• Own multimedia projects from concept through delivery, including planning, filming, editing, reviews, and final delivery.
• Produce video and photography at various locations, including interviews and b‑roll.
• Edit and finish video and photo assets with sound, color, graphics, and captions.
• Prepare content for websites, social media, recruiting, and sales materials.
• Coordinate with managers, leaders, clients, vendors, and teams to manage timelines and approvals.
