Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a Learning and Development multimedia designer. The role focuses on creating top-quality video, audio, visual design, and animation to support L&D initiatives.

You will consult with business and design partners, manage deadlines and budgets, and produce live or animated video content. Seeking candidates with extensive experience in instructional design, Premiere Pro, AI avatar tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in corporate training or related functions.
• 3+ years translating content into storyboard/script format.
• 3+ years with AI Avatar software.
• 3+ years recording video and editing in Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement multi-media for Learning and Development programs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and budgets.
• Consult with business and L&D partners to determine effective multimedia approaches.
• Collaborate with external vendors for technology-based media solutions.
• Write and produce video productions (live or animated) as needed.
• Create visual design elements (infographics, UI, templates) to engage learners.
