Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Multilingual Data Collection Call Handler to support business verification and data collection entirely remotely. The role is outbound-focused, with no selling, and requires accurate data recording using Office tools and internal systems.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English plus Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely. Full-time, with weekend flexibility, during and after a 12-week probation at £18/hour PAYE.

Qualifications

• Be multilingual and speak fluent English and at least one of Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese.
• Experience in call handling, outbound preferred, and recording information accurately.
• Data entry or administration experience is advantageous.
• Willing to work to targets and KPIs and follow processes with full training provided.
• Work on a dialer system for inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to verify business information and collect accurate data.
• Record verified details using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Support data verification activities for clients and maintain data quality.
