Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a Tele Calling Executive to handle multilingual customer interactions from home. The role requires English plus at least one regional language and involves explaining services, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into customers.

Candidates must be comfortable speaking with customers over voice calls in their preferred languages, and should have basic MS Excel/Word skills and CRM familiarity. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: 10th/12th/Graduate candidates can apply.
• Age: 18–30 years.
• English plus at least one regional language is mandatory.
• Strong customer-handling, persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Comfortable using CRM and calling tools.
• Must not be pursuing any full-time, part-time, online, or distance-learning course.
• Must not be currently engaged in real estate business or property brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Explain NoBroker services and understand customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into customers.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and lead updates in CRM tools.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
