Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a fully remote customer support professional to join an international framework focusing on check-in management and property access operations. The role operates as an independent contractor, covering a 45-hour week with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You will handle multi-channel communications with guests, hosts, and business partners, owning cases from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English with fluent Spanish or French
• Minimum 2 years in a customer support or customer-facing role
• Complete availability for rotating 45-hour weekly shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote home office
• Verified completion of a Qualification Authenticity Check before final engagement

Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Customer Support: support international client base via telephone, email, and live chat
• Enquiry Management: assist guests, hosts, and partners with access protocols, bookings, and billing enquiries
• Case Ownership: resolve problems from initial contact to final resolution
• Incident Management: handle time-sensitive incidents and support during busy or out-of-hours periods
• Outbound Coordination: make outbound calls to gather case information and coordinate resolutions
• Database Documentation: record all interactions and actions in internal tracking systems
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with logistics, technical support, and operations teams
• Process Contribution: suggest ideas to improve internal procedures and customer experience
