Job summary

CCR is seeking a seasoned Multi-Family Sales Representative to drive growth across the Southeast from a Greater Charlotte, Greater Atlanta, or remote-based location. Build on an established network of multifamily general contractors and developers to win and manage projects from bid through completion.

You will collaborate with estimating, operations, and installation teams, expand in NC, SC, GA, maintain a healthy pipeline, and aim for multi-million dollar annual opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling into the multifamily construction market.
• Established relationships with multifamily general contractors throughout the Southeast.
• Experience selling cabinetry, countertops, or related building materials is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to independently manage a sales territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand multifamily business throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
• Leverage relationships with general contractors and developers to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily construction projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage project bids with estimating and operations teams.
• Support projects from award through completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, and installation teams across the lifecycle.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
