• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of multifamily acquisitions with proven closes.
• Experience with 1970s–1990s Class B and C value-add assets.
• Strong Southeast market knowledge, esp. Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions.
• Develop broker/owner relationships to build deal flow.
• Oversee due diligence, capitalization, and closing.
• Structure debt financing and JV equity with partners.
