Bonaventure is hiring a Project Manager, Capital Projects to oversee owner-side capital improvements across occupied properties. The role reports to the Director of Capital Projects and is fully remote with travel to Richmond/Tidewater regions and Northern Virginia as needed.

You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to approved scope while coordinating with operations, contractors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including multifamily unit renovations.
