PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Director of Business Development, Multifamily to proactively create new multifamily management opportunities. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, opening doors, and converting owners, developers, investors, lenders, and capital partners into PeakMade clients.

The successful candidate thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving growth with an emphasis on a strong pipeline and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of business development in third‑party multifamily or related CRE field.
• Proactive prospecting and relationship development, not inbound leads.
• Comfort with cold calls and engaging senior executives.
• Experience leading proposals, RFPs and client presentations.
• Strong financial/analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new relationships with multifamily owners, developers, investors and partners.
• Maintain an active pipeline from first contact through contract execution.
• Lead proposals, RFP responses and client presentations with internal teams.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and leadership to position PeakMade for growth.
• Travel frequently to meet clients and network at industry events.
