Job summary

Redmont Talent Partners is partnering with a growing construction and development company to appoint an experienced Director of Business Development. The role focuses on early opportunity identification, relationship-building with owners and decision-makers, and securing direct, negotiated, and repeat work.

You will work with executive leadership, estimating, and operations to expand the customer base, convert opportunities into backlog, and drive profitable growth across civil/site development

Qualifications

• Proven BD experience in construction, civil/site development or related industries.
• Track record of turning relationships into projects and awards.
• Experience with direct or negotiated/relationship-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, contractors and other decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities before competitive bids.
• Grow civil/site development business across markets.
• Develop repeat and programmatic customer relationships.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations through budgeting and proposals.
