Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current valid state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments and craft individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT or other evidence-based modalities.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and clinicians to ensure holistic, integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed.
