Job summary

Green Leaf Psychotherapy Services seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive care for a diverse client base through a remote practice in Texas. You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain compliant documentation using EHR systems.

Remote work requires strong communication and crisis intervention skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited program.
• Current license as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist in Texas.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy.
• Excellent crisis intervention skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and digital record-keeping.
• Commitment to ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to tailor treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions aligned with clients' backgrounds.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals.
• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and resources.
• Maintain accurate, secure documentation following legal/ethical standards.
