Convoy Supply Inc. is seeking a Multichannel Sales Specialist to drive reactivation and growth of micro accounts in a remote role based in Oregon. You will qualify leads from multiple channels, partner with Marketing, and coordinate with the field sales team as needed.

Strong communication and CRM experience (Salesforce) are essential. You’ll identify dormant accounts, build targeted outreach, and help deliver exceptional first impressions to new customers while supporting ongoing relationships.

Formación

• 1-2 years in sales, customer service, inside sales, business development, or related field.
• Experience in construction materials is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify dormant/underperforming accounts and develop reactivation strategies.
• Qualify incoming leads from multiple channels and route to MC accounts or field sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with former clients and understand their needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions to accounts.
• Use phone/email to reach out, schedule meetings or presentations.
• Follow up to maintain interest and progress reactivation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
• Track progress and report results to management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts.
