Job summary

Yellow Cab Holdings, LLC is seeking a detail-driven Multi-Unit QSR Accountant to oversee financial operations for a growing portfolio of quick-service restaurant locations. The role is primarily remote, with responsibilities spanning month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis across multiple units.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience in multi-unit restaurant settings, proficiency with Sage Intacct and AP automation, and strong Excel and cost accounting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in multi-unit restaurant/franchise operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and AP automation like onePAY.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Familiarity with restaurant POS integrations and third-party delivery accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle month-end close for multiple QSR locations from a remote setting.
• Prepare consolidated and unit-level financial statements, P&L, and variance analyses.
• Reconcile balance sheet, bank, and credit card accounts; reconcile third-party delivery platforms.
