Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience in construction.
• 5+ years in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project activities are on time and within budget with 100% customer satisfaction.
• Review and estimate projects from drawings to determine time frame, budget, staffing and resources.
• Manage all aspects of awarded projects including budget, scope, and client interactions.
• Lead proactive project communications.
• Coordinate with the field team to plan and direct activities and manage change.
• Build strong relationships to hold the team accountable for outcomes.
