Stotler Hayes Group, LLC is seeking a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in two or more jurisdictions (MA, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA) for a fully remote practice across the United States, supported by paralegals and a centralized operations team.

The attorney will independently manage cases from intake through resolution, develop strategies, draft pleadings and briefs, appear at hearings, and collaborate with a remote team in a mission-driven firm culture focused on client advocacy and

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license in two or more listed states (MA, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, agencies, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals; prepare agreements and security instruments.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
