Stotler Hayes Group, LLC is a small to mid-size law firm with a national footprint and a fully remote practice model. We seek a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in two or more states (NC, SC, TN, VA) to join our remote team and manage matters from intake through resolution.

This role offers a W-2, full-time schedule with hours aligned to U.S. time zones, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and professional development support.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states (NC/SC/TN/VA).

Aufgaben

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with Courts, clients, financial institutions and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, and security instruments.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
