This role seeks a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in two or more jurisdictions (NC, SC, VA or others) with a strong track record in civil litigation, probate and estates, and administrative appeals.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
