Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more listed states (IN, NC, SC, VA).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on investigation and analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, agencies, clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals, plus agreements and security instruments.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.
