The role emphasizes independent work within a collaborative remote team and opportunities for growth. Regular business hours, W-2, full-time position, with travel limited to hearings or firm events as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• High level of organization, time management and personal accountability.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Represent clients before courts and administrative agencies.
• Advise clients and financial institutions on legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
