Stotler Hayes Group is a small to mid-size law firm with a national footprint and a fully remote practice model. We are seeking a Multi-State Associate Attorney actively licensed in two or more jurisdictions to join our remote team and handle matters across civil litigation, probate, Medicaid eligibility, and administrative appeals.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• High level of organization, time management, and personal accountability.
• Ability to travel for in-person hearings, trainings & meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents for matters across civil litigation, probate, Medicaid eligibility, and administrative appeals.
• Appear before courts and administrative agencies on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with clients and financial institutions and provide strategic legal guidance.
