Job summary

Stotler Hayes Group is a small-to-mid-size law firm operating with a national footprint and a fully remote practice model. Attorneys work from home offices across the United States, supported by paralegals and a centralized operations team.

We seek a Multi-State Associate Attorney licensed in two or more jurisdictions. The role emphasizes self-direction, long-term growth, and advocacy in civil litigation, probate, and Medicaid/administrative matters, with full-time remote work and limited travel

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a team.
• High level of organization and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Engage with Courts and administrative agencies on behalf of clients.
• Advise Clients and financial institutions with diligence and integrity.
• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Maintain timekeeping and utilize case management software to track matters.
• Collaborate with a remote team and participate in ongoing supervision and mentorship.
