Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to act as an owners representative for multi-site restaurant TI and ground-up projects.

You will oversee general contractors, designers, and vendors across locations, leading pre-construction, permits, scheduling, construction oversight, and closeout. The role requires a 4-year construction-related degree and 7–10+ years of PM experience in QSR/kitchen retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in construction-related program or equivalent.
• 7-10+ years in QSR/kitchen retail construction project management.
• Ground Up construction experience preferred/critical.
• Strong understanding of multi-site program management.
• Expertise in pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• On-site project management of construction activities.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively communicates project-related issues with Senior PM, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
• Examines construction documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Reviews bid results, specs, tests, and progress reports to gain project familiarity.
• Verifies permitting requirements and compliance.
• Manages and monitors project work in the field.
• Manages change orders diligently.
• Follows standards for project reporting and documentation.
• Prepares weekly status reports for projects.
• Identifies and solves project cost/schedule/safety/quality issues.
• Represents the company in project meetings.
• Develops relationships with clients, prospects, subcontractors and vendors to develop opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
