Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to serve as an owner's representative across multiple restaurant and retail TI projects inside Airport Terminals.

You will oversee general contractors, designers, and vendors for multiple locations and drive full program delivery from pre-construction to closeout. This remote-based role requires travel in the Seattle region (50-80%), with potential weekly site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Commercial retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, rebuild, and ground up construction experience required.
• 5–10+ yrs experience as PM or Senior PM on this type of work.
• Airport experience a plus, TSA clearance.
• Proven expertise in construction project management from preconstruction through closeout.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director with proposals, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate updates.
• Source, negotiate and manage contractors and vendors.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting and contract administration.
• Manage changes and reporting per Sevan standards.
• Implement Sevan technology to improve delivery.
• Conduct kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews.
