• Documented track record of managing and growing a personal insurance book.
• Strong proficiency with quoting software and CRM platforms.
• Experience building professional networks and community connections.
• Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for clients.
• Excellent organization and detail orientation for renewals and updates.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs to provide auto, home, and life coverage.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents and business owners in Gettysburg.
• Engage with the local community to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication.
• Review policyholder accounts annually to align coverage with life changes.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in policy documentation and compliance.
