The Atlantic District in Lancaster, PA seeks a Multi-line Agent to advise individuals, families and local business owners on comprehensive insurance solutions. You’ll translate complex terms into clear guidance and build lasting client relationships.

You'll manage a growing book of business, collaborate with teammates to improve service, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in community initiatives to strengthen our Lancaster presence.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships within the insurance sector.
• Strong command of local Lancaster market dynamics and community engagement.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex insurance terminology into clear, helpful guidance for families and business owners.
• Experience working with diverse insurance carriers and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assess the unique coverage needs of individuals, families, and local business owners to ensure they are properly protected.
• Explain various insurance options clearly, helping clients make informed decisions about their financial security.
• Manage a growing book of business while maintaining a high standard of personalized service and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share market insights and improve our collective service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all policy documentation meets compliance standards.
• Participate in local community initiatives to build brand awareness and demonstrate our commitment to the Lancaster area.
