Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex policy details in clear, everyday language.
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships within a local community.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a schedule independently and meet goals.
• Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
• Understanding of the Chambersburg, PA area and its specific insurance needs.
