Job summary

TLNT is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day execution for 2–3 consumer brands in a remote, fast-paced setting. You’ll coordinate with internal order management, 3PLs, and clients to keep timelines, inventory, and compliance on track.

This hands-on role rewards independence, proactive problem-solving, and accountable ownership from day one. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in CPG operations, strong communication, and fluency with AI tools to streamline client work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in CPG operations, supply chain, or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated fluency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) as a core part of how you work, not an occasional add-on.
• Working knowledge of CPG distribution — Ideally, experience with key US distributors and large wholesale customers.
• Direct experience owning distributor or large wholesale account relationships, including PO status, deductions, compliance requirements, and aging/fill rate discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills — clear, proactive, and comfortable working directly with clients and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 2–3 brands, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Track production timelines, supplier onboarding, and fulfillment status across channels.
• Monitor inventory, order accuracy, and compliance requirements with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with 3PL and wholesale accounts on PO status, deductions, and aging.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting shared with clients and leadership.
• Maintain SOPs and look for efficiency improvements.
