Job description

This role is required to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm PST.

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of warehouse, procurement, supply chain, and logistics to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence throughout every touch point across the order-to-ship process. You’ll lead a small team and work cross-functionally to deliver products on time, on budget, and at the quality our customers expect.

Your Role

Operational Leadership

• Manage a small team and oversee warehouse, procurement, logistics, and supply chain.
• Process-focused execution and effectively communicate to ensure cross-department alignment between Ops, CX, Production, Finance, Sales, and PD.
• Translate strategic goals and initiatives into actionable operational plans with KPIs.

Warehouse & Fulfillment

• Maintain accurate inventory levels, efficient space utilization, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Oversee and optimize shipping and receiving schedules, inventory transfers, and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Oversee raw material, component, and finished good procurement.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and approve purchase orders, production timelines, and vendor allocations.

Logistics & Distribution

• Oversee B2B and B2C inbound/outbound logistics, freight costs, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve exceptions and escalations related to transportation and fulfillment.
• Manage the set up of new customers to ensure compliance across all systems and processes.
• Support system day-to-day usage, implementations, and enhancements (Netsuite, RFSmart, SPS Commerce, etc.).
• Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Establish dashboard, KPI tracking, and reporting across all operational functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in CPG.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes - procurement, production, warehouse, logistics.
• Proven leadership experience managing and growing a team.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
