CS Outsource is seeking an experienced MTR Insurance Housing Specialist to join our fully remote team serving US-based clients. You will manage insurance housing cases from placement through move-out, coordinating with policyholders, adjusters, landlords, and owners.

The role requires hands-on experience in insurance housing, relocation, or MTR/property management, plus excellent English communication. Remote work aligns with US business hours and client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance housing, temporary housing, relocation or MTR/property management.
• Hands-on understanding of ALE (Additional Living Expenses) and insurance housing processes.
• Strong property-matching and case-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage MTR and insurance housing cases from placement through move-out.
• Match displaced policyholders with suitable properties based on housing needs, location, budget, duration, and requirements.
• Coordinate with adjusters, policyholders, landlords, and property owners throughout the housing process.
• Manage ALE, approvals, extensions, move-in and move-out dates, and case documentation.
• Handle urgent housing situations and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate case records and follow-ups through CRM/PMS platforms.
• Negotiate housing terms, rental rates, extensions, and other case-related requirements.
• Coordinate property availability and ensure suitable housing options are secured within timelines.
• Monitor active cases and follow up on approvals and housing requirements.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all parties involved in each case.
