Job summary

CHG Healthcare seeks a Sr. Implementation Manager, MSP to own end-to-end MSP implementations, coordinating with Locumsmart leadership and CHG divisions. You’ll manage client requirements, vendor agreements, and internal stakeholders to drive a successful go-live.

The role blends project management with executive-level collaboration, requiring travel and the ability to hold teams accountable to the project plan. Prior MSP/VMS experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project management, client implementation, or account management in healthcare staffing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Client-facing experience required.
• Familiarity with VMS/contingent workforce platforms (Locumsmart preferred).
• Ability to plan and execute projects with concrete delivery examples.

Responsibilities

• Own MSP implementations end to end with kickoff and delivery.
• Create implementation project plans with client and internal teams.
• Report milestones and progress to stakeholders and execs.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and replicate wins.
• Coordinate Sub-Vendor Agreements and data readiness for go-live.
• Travel ~25% as required.
