Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client program implementations from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, objectives, and client expectations in a remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of implementation or project management experience, strong MSP knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs and strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning, translating requirements into plans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to keep implementations on track.
• Manage risks and issues, escalate where needed, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee launch and transition to ongoing operations, capturing lessons learned for future programs.
• Maintain clear communication and accountability across timelines and deliverables.
