Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of MSP Demand Generation to shape the demand generation strategy for the MSP segment. You will lead a small team, define how Nerdio reaches MSP accounts, and balance new business with deal acceleration and expansion.

You will own funnel performance, partner with Integrated Marketing, and leverage AI tools to accelerate demand generation and reporting. The role emphasizes strategic direction with hands-on execution in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including demand generation or campaign management within SaaS/tech.
• Experience managing direct reports with coaching and development track record.
• Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Experience planning and executing field/events marketing, including managing an events function or team.
• Familiarity with marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense) and campaign performance analytics.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve marketing outcomes and efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and clear communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own MSP demand generation strategy aligned with pipeline targets.
• Own channel mix and promotional strategy across the MSP buying journey.
• Ensure funnel efficiency with the right balance of new business, acceleration, and expansion.
• Apply AI/automation to scale execution and reporting.
• Stay current on MSP trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to translate strategy into campaigns.
