Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced medical affairs professionals (MSLs) to train an AI language model on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated medical presentations across core workflows while ensuring compliance and high-quality craft.

Fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in medical affairs at pharma/biotech firms, advanced degrees, and exceptional PowerPoint/slide

Qualifications

• PharmD, MD or PhD with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma/biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop scientific presentation decks, KOL engagement slides, and advisory board materials.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear communication in all materials.
