Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced medical directors from pharmaceutical companies to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This role offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and requires 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (scientific decks, KOL slides, advisory board materials, medical education content).
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and high visual quality in materials for external audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to train the language model on professional presentation tasks.
