Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced associate medical science liaisons to help train AI language models on professional presentation tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating and refining AI-generated medical presentations and slide decks across scientific decks, KOL slides, advisory materials and education content.

We require 4+ years in medical affairs at pharma/biotech, with expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship and impeccable written communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: scientific decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, medical education content, congress data readouts, and evidence summary slides.
• Produce compliant, professional scientific presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure decks meet medical affairs objectives and accuracy.
