Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Medical Affairs from a pharma/biotech background to help train an advanced language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across scientific decks, KOL slides, advisory boards, medical education content, and congress data readouts — with a focus on accuracy and clarity.

This flexible, remote role offers 5–20 hours per week and starts ASAP, with compensation at $100/hour.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: scientific presentation decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, medical education content, congress data readout presentations, and evidence summary slides.
