Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior medical science liaisons to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks, including scientific decks, KOL slides, advisory materials, and medical education content.

Candidates should have 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma/biotech company, proven ability to produce compliant scientific presentations, and expert PowerPoint skills. This is a flexible, remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma/biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (scientific decks, KOL slides, advisory materials, and medical education content).
• Support training of language models with professional presentation tasks and slide delivery quality.
