Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced medical affairs professionals and MSLs from pharmaceutical companies to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations across scientific decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, and medical education content. Start ASAP, 5-20 hours per week, USD 100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma or biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: scientific presentation decks, KOL engagement slides, advisory board materials, medical education content, congress data readout presentations, and evidence summary slides.
