Qualifications

• Mississippi law license in good standing.
• Ability to manage high-volume cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume caseloads with attention to detail.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes with shops, tow yards, and agencies.
• Handle ADR or litigation when negotiations fail.
• Review assignments promptly and analyze resolution avenues.
• Communicate with insurers, clients, and others by phone and in writing.
• Obtain documents/releases and document all activity clearly.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
