Qualifications

• Pennsylvania licensed attorney with strong knowledge of civil procedure and practice.
• Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume caseloads with meticulous detail.
• Experience negotiating impound lien disputes and property damage claims; ADR or litigation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Handle all aspects of lawsuits when negotiations fail.
• Communicate with insurers, adjusters, clients and opposing counsel by phone and in writing.
• Document all activity in case management systems; maintain thorough records.
