Qualificações

• Pennsylvania-licensed attorney with readiness to work remotely.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and resolve impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in ADR or litigation when negotiations fail and oversee all lawsuit aspects.
• Review assignments promptly and strategi-ze to resolve cases efficiently for clients with significant assets.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, body shops, tow yards, and clients by phone and written correspondence.
• Document all activity accurately in the firm’s systems.
• Adhere to applicable professional conduct rules and firm policies.
