Responsibilities include negotiating with insurers and repair facilities, pursuing ADR or litigation when needed, and timely case review. Candidates must comply with professional conduct rules and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Michigan law license required or admitted to practice in Michigan
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads while meeting deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills with insurers, repair shops, and government agencies
• Litigation skills for ADR or litigation and handling all aspects of lawsuits
• Excellent written and oral communication with clients and opposing counsel

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines

• Engage in ADR or litigate when negotiations fail
• Review and analyze new assignments for client assets with financial interests
