Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a MS-CMHC Clinical Director to oversee the practicum and internship fieldwork, ensuring alignment with CACREP standards and licensing requirements. You will collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, and accreditation activities; develop fieldwork partnerships and agreements; and support students, faculty, and site supervisors.

You will evaluate fieldwork placements, oversee student progress, and act as a liaison with state licensing

Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision is required.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation is required.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or licensed equivalent in the applicant's state is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, coordination, and improvement of the MS-CMHC practicum and internship fieldwork to align with CACREP standards.
• Collaborate with program Chair and faculty on curriculum, assessment, and accreditation tasks.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork partnerships and fieldwork site agreements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to students, practicum/internship instructors, and site supervisors.
• Evaluate student fieldwork placements and oversee student progress.
• Act as liaison with state licensing boards.
