The Movement Partnership Coordinator fosters relationships with organizers, alumni, and partner organizations, and builds systems to drive collaborative programs.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of relevant work experience in community organizing, movement building, coalition building, nonprofit programs, partnerships, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships across diverse organizations, coalitions, or networks.
• Experience coordinating meetings, convenings, trainings, or collaborative initiatives; facilitation skills are a plus.
• Excellent project management skills and experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to build systems that strengthen relationship management, collaboration, or network engagement.
• Experience utilizing CRM or other relationship management databases.
• Experience and knowledge of security culture; digital security skills are a plus.
• Commitment to racial justice, LGBTQ liberation, and gender justice organizations.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office; comfort with new technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with organizers, practitioners, program alumni, partner organizations, clients, and current participants.
• Maintain VCW’s national movement ecosystem map with key relationships.
• Conduct outreach to left movement organizations, coalitions, and networks to strengthen engagement.
• Document partnership opportunities and field observations to inform planning.
• Identify opportunities to connect organizations to VCW programs and leadership opportunities.
• Represent VCW at movement gatherings, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Support recruitment and outreach for trainings, fellowships, cohorts, and events.
• Coordinate alumni engagement and leadership development.
• Plan and implement movement convenings and regional gatherings.
• Coordinate engagement pathways across VCW programs and networks.
• Coordinate partnership activities and collaborative projects.
• Gather feedback to inform program development and strategy.
• Develop systems that strengthen relationship management and cross-program coordination.
• Document engagement using VCW’s CRM and other tools.
• Coordinate communications, timelines, and follow-up for partnerships.
• Track activities and prepare reports for evaluation.
