PIF Coalition, a Project of New Venture Fund, is seeking a Director of Movement Building to shape long-term strategy and lead a national, fully remote team. The role focuses on building power among member organizations, advancing systemic change, and expanding access to public benefits and economic supports.

The position reports to the Executive Director, oversees staff and consultants, and collaborates with senior leadership to align campaigns and projects across PIF.

Formación

• 10+ years experience in movement building or related fields.
• Proven success building coalitions and managing large projects.
• Strong project management and communication skills; proficiency with Google Suite, CRM, Zoom, and Asana.

Responsabilidades

• Build coalition capacity to advance shared goals with members and allies.
• Lead onboarding and relationship-building for new coalition members.
• Lead special projects exploring multi-sector collaboration and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and institutionalize a collaboration model with state coalitions.
• Launch the "PIF University" training hub for member organizations.
• Oversee community education on public benefits and economic supports.
• Develop leadership programs for community members and state coalitions.
• Manage annual member survey and CRM data systems.
