Job summary

Vision Change Win is a Black-led team supporting social movements with organizational development and transformative strategies. The Director of Client Engagement manages the client lifecycle from outreach to contracts, guiding trainers and evaluating outcomes.

The role blends strategy, recruitment, and process improvements to grow VCW’s impact while maintaining rigorous client support and alignment with the mission.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience working with clients in your areas of expertise.
• 3-5 years working in a capacity-building role at a nonprofit or movement group.
• 2-3 years experience supervising others and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and annual plan for VCW’s consulting practice with leadership.
• Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate outreach with Marketing.
• Oversee contracting, onboarding, and project execution for clients.
