Job summary

Penn Foster Group is seeking an experienced Designer with strong motion graphics and video editing skills. This fully remote role combines graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing to support marketing across channels.

You will partner with marketing, brand, and cross‑functional teams to develop visual assets that communicate key messages and drive engagement and acquisition. Apply AI tools to enhance quality and speed to market.

Qualifications

• Requires accredited degree or 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative for digital, paid media, social media, web, and other online platforms.
• Develop original visual concepts in collaboration with leadership while aligning with brand standards and objectives.
• Create engaging, performance-focused designs that support lead generation and acquisition.
• Own projects from ideation through delivery, meeting deadlines and collaborating with project managers.
