Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our Creative team in a remote capacity.

You will produce high-quality motion graphics to support our product and editorial content strategy, shaping how our brand moves across digital platforms. You will collaborate with product, marketing and design teams, animate product-focused visuals, and maintain a consistent visual language while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven motion graphics experience with a strong portfolio in product and editorial work.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma; experience with Jitter is a plus.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience with Lottie or similar formats for web/app animation delivery is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or legal tech environments is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate product-focused motion graphics for web, app, and marketing channels
• Develop editorial animations aligned with brand guidelines and campaigns
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to translate concepts into animated experiences
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual language across all motion content
• Manage multiple projects with high quality within timelines
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging techniques in motion design
